Change the default image attached to the Custom Profile Module

Hi,

I will appreciate css codes to remove or change the default image that comes with the custom profile module.

I am referring to the image at the top right once the page open.

I am ok with the way the page looks (although wouldn’t mind a better design) but my concern is how best to change that particular image.
