Import data into Awesome Form

In Form Awesome, under the Settings tab, at the bottom there is a section that says “Import Data”:

Could you explain to me how this works?
What types of data can I import?
Where is this data displayed?
What is the format to import this data?

Anyway, can you summarize this Import Data option?
