I’ve noticed that, after e new order has been issued, the system gives and error message in case of delivery at customer office / house when I get inside the order on the console in order to change its status from “to be paid” to “any other status”..
The field “Customer Address” is always left blank as, in case of delivery, it’s not a necessary information to be specified on the order (it would only create a further unnecessary step to be completed by the final customer and this is the reason why it has not been introduced).
Can you please tell me how to solve this problem avoiding further prblems to my customers?

The attached picture is not very much clear. From your description i assume that you have the issue with the Delivery address fields.
You can keep delivery address “Optional/Mandatory/Hidden” from the “Commercepro backend settings”.
Please find the attachment for the reference.
