Order via WhatsApp

Customer can choose to send order via WhatsApp after user completes checkout flow.

It has to be enabled from Settings tab.

Once customer Select Send Order on WhatsApp order details will be sent on Store’s contact number added in Store Edit Page.

This method doesn’t use any API hence it asks user to complete the flow and send details to store owner, this is FREE for both customer ,store owner and platform owner.

Other alternative is to use Whatsapp API which will allow us to forward details to store owner without user intervention/confirmation.

But Official Whatsapp API has cost and some rules involved to avoid spamming etc, we are still exploring this option to find out best way to handle this. If you are willing to pay for API and looking for seamless option please do let us know, we will implement this in future for some additional fee.
